While the Senate mumbled lowly, each one of them surprised at those words, someone else frowned harshly. "Those are some really strong words!" A deep voice suddenly spoke up. "If you don’t back them up, then know that this Senate will not forgive you."

Everyone turned to the person that had spoken up. It was a Tiger-man. His name was Jericho. He was a man of renowned strength and ability. He was Blue Cored which was equivalent to Copper rank in human terms.

But more than anything, everyone knew that his kind and the Wolf-men were always at log heads. And every time Hadi had come forth with a new invention, it was the same thing.

It was a known fact that Tiger-men were naturally stronger than Wolf-men, but Tiger men produced very little, while Wolf-men produced a lot.

However, any opportunity for casting down was one that either sides would take. At this point, they were were members of the Senate that were tired of this cat and mouse play between these two, but at this point, it just couldn’t be helped.

Hadi turned to Jericho, and gave a low chuckle. It was not the first time that he was dealing with this difficult man. "Don’t worry, you will see what I mean."

On saying this, Hadi waved his hand again, and a rabbit-man in rags was brought forward. This Rabbit man was a prisoner on death row. He was to be used for this experiment.

The guards, Rat-men that acted as police for the Furry community, escorted the Rabbit-man forward.

This rabbit man was very small in stature and very skinny. Obviously, he had not eaten for days. Then again, he was on death row. His kind were never treated kindly.

Also, he had a yellow core glowing on his chest. He obviously cultivated Spirit energy.

Hadi walked up to the rabbit-man.

"As promised, if you survive this, if you are able to beat your opponents, then you will be spared your life."

The rabbit man heard those words and he was excited. He had been sentenced to death because he messed with the wrong person.

Although he blocked the attack, he was sent flying a distance, rolling on the ground and vomiting some blood.

On seeing this, jericho could not help but laugh wildly. It gave him satisfaction to see that his opponents son was going to lose before the senators of the Furries.

"Rat-man guard!" Jericho called out, "if you kill that prisoner in the next attack, I will reward you richly."

The Rat-man guard looked up. he smiled cheekily. He had just been promised a gift for killing an inmate, and this was a promise from a a senator. Without a doubt, this gift might even help his cultivation.

As far as he was concerned, this rabbit-man’s fate was sealed in his hands.

With a rush and jump in the air, he brought down his claws aimed at the rabbit-man’s head.

He was already smiling ear to ear. However, he did not notice that the moment he had hit the rabbit man the first time, his body had given off a low glow.

This glow continued to increase, making the rabbit-man’s muscles to bulge out with glowing veins.

He suddenly felt incredible strength rush through his body, and the best part was that like a flowing river, his fear had been totally washed away.

The rabbit-man suddenly gave a side smile as he jumped in the air, and waved the sword in his hand, aimed at the Rat-man’s head.

Luckily for the rat-man or as a result of his training, he rolled over to the side in time and dodged the attack.

However, the sword grazed his side, tearing through his armour with incredible speed to leave a scar on the rat-man’s flesh.
