"Remember that there are still four more Battle Tests, students!" said Professor Hendrick. "And this week you must do them without a doubt to pass the semester! Therefore, although we can't go to the Nightmare Realm right now, we'll be advancing on the Student Arena! All of you will go against other classes! Qualification will be based on how well you perform in battle, although winning is not necessary to get a good and acceptable score, if you win, you're definitely getting a perfect score!"

"Ooohhh!"

"Really? Sounds interesting!"

"So we're going against the guys from the other classes?"

"But isn't there a class full of genius kids instead?"

"I mean most of us came here after finishing High School... we're technically all over 18, so it's weird we would fight the little geniuses."

"Don't worry about that, students, the classes with younger students will be sorted separately from that of older students," said Hendrick. "The youngest students you might fight will be roughly 16 years at the youngest."

"Ah that sounds more reasonable!" I said.

"Yeah, I guess so!" Alma nodded.

"Hmm, I wonder who I'm fighting? I'm excited!" Emily smiled.

"Uhh, I don't know if I'm even capable of fighting right now..." Sofia was nervous.

Right, she wasn't wrong, her Dream Weapon turned into a mechanical heart thing...

Is it even possible for her to fight using it?

It's a mystery, it only activated with us there, to combine and turn me into a giant robot...

I checked the trial's conditions for completion once more.

"So when are the battles starting? I'm itching to beating some ass," Partner smiled. "Language, Partner," sighed Hendrick. "But they're starting in an hour and a half from now, so all of the students should move to the gym or the schoolyard to train your abilities. We've left a lot of dummies, weapons, armor, and other equipment you can freely use. Anyways, let's go right away! How about some warmup exercise, eh?"

"Nice! I'm pumped!" Emily roared with all her energy.

"Emily, calm down a bit..." Alma sighed. "I don't know if I would like to run around, I get so tired I think I might die if I run a lot."

"Come on, you gotta stay fit, let's run at least a few laps around the schoolyard!" Emily was very sporty, so she was trying to incentivize Alma to exercise all the time.

"But Emily!" Alma pouted as she didn't want to but ended being dragged with Emily anyways. "Uwaah! Maria help meee!"

"Hahaha, go exercise some!" I laughed. "Anyways, let's go to Sofia. We might as well spend this time trying to help you find a way to fight using your new... Err, Dream Spirit I guess?"

"Yeah, let's go," nodded Sofia. "I'm a bit worried myself too... if my ability ends up being totally useless unless I need to borrow power from others then... I guess I might have to drop the academy, or I'll get expulsed anyways."

"Sof..." I muttered. "Nah, don't worry, we'll find a way! I promise you."

Even if she can't fight with it I'll just find a way for her to fight, even if I have to just do a few tricks here and there.

"Anyways, let's go you guys!" I said, as the rest of my family followed.

On the way downstairs to the huge schoolyard this academy had, we met with the kids as well, Nyx, Celes, Arthur, and Arachne quickly joined us.

"I'm a bit nervous..." Arthur groaned. "Can I really fight a few of these students? Maybe I won't be able to do enough?"

"Come on Arthur, you're strong! Don't you remember when you fought those monsters underwater? You used some flashy magic and stuff," I said. "But maybe you need some weapon of preference, I think..."

"I think my Dream Weapon is the Lightning Spear you gave me, sister," he said. "The one that you mass produced." He showed it to me, summoning it.

"Ooh! Damn..." I muttered. "Sorry..."

"It's fine," he smiled. "It somehow changed when it turned into a Dream Weapon. I think it absorbed my powers? But still... I'm not too sure if I could fight with it alone. I have never used spears after all, let alone fought that much either... My whole life was running away."

"Not anymore though," I said. "You have a super strong, special body, you can unleash Yin and Yang Essence and use it for purification and even Martial Arts and Magic! You just need a

tiny bit of confidence."

"Hmm..." Arthur nodded. "Okay..."
