As I walked to the academy with my family and reached the entrance, the Formation seemed to have finally started up with the power of Myconidas and Tyr. Not only did the Formation to protect this place was erected successfully but I'm also using the power of the Formation itself to power another... Um, formation I suppose? More like a factory of sorts where
Nightmare Cores are purified.
How so? Through Myconidas Decay and Withering powers, I tell him to make the Nightmare Essence decay and release all of its darkness and evil emotions, leaving behind a purified concentration of Dream Essence instead.
And then, the darker energies that are thrown away through the process of decaying are absorbed by Tyr's Chaos and Miasma, which then goes back to him.
Yeah, this is a totally ecofriendly stuff! I'm not going to let all of this malicious and negative emotion energy go back to this world... So I have to do a full cycle process where everything is not gone to waste.
The nice thing is that Tyr will slowly gain more power like this, and perhaps other compatible Familiars could do so as well, like all of my other Spirits I think. Even Root! After all as innocent and cute as they look they're all kind of Miasmic, Chaotic, or Dark Spirits, so they're compatible.
"Tyr make sure everyone takes turns," I told him.
"Ok..." he said without any emotion.
As I nodded contently as I saw the beautiful pink and clear purple colored Dream Pearls drop from the giant heart-shaped mushroom formation made by Myconidas, I walked inside the academy building with my family.
And...
"Oh, Maria! You're a bit late... good morning!" Sofia greeted me the moment I stepped into the academy building; she was waiting for me in the entrance. "Ah, you came with everyone else..."
"I told you they were my friends," I said. "But yeah, good morning Sofia. Were you waiting for me? Where's Emily and Alma?"
"T-They should be in the classroom..." Sofia muttered. "And I wasn't waiting for you or something, I was just... Uh, just looking around? Yeah, just waiting for the classes to start."
"Hmmm~ I see you're not being honest again," I giggled. "Sure, sure..."@@@@
"I bet she was waiting for you though," Partner laughed.
"It's so nice of you to do that, you're a good friend, Sofia," Emeraldine smiled.
"A bit excessive no?" Lucifer wondered, crossing his arms.
"I-I said I wasn't waiting for her!" Sofia grew embarrassed and as red as a tomato. "A- Anyways, let's go to classes already..."
"We're going too, Nyx, let's go!" said Celes, grabbing Nyx hand.
"Take care!" Nia said. "Behave well, alright?"
"Yeaah!" Celes waved his little hand as he ran with Nyx to their classroom.
Nia remained in there in silence, glancing them enter the room with a motherly smile and a bit of concern in her eyes.
"So this is how it feels to send a child to school..." she said. "It's something that he never experienced before because there aren't really any schools back in our home."
"Hmm..." I nodded. "Well, children should indeed go to schools... Maybe if we manage to save this world. It could become a permanent addition to the tower for us... If that happens, then bringing him here with Nyx to have classes and learn what we can't teach them wouldn't be so bad." I talked to her through Telepathy.
"Ah! That would be wonderful... but I doubt my boy would want to stay away from me for so long," giggled Nia, as she answered me through the Telepathic Link I created with her.
"Yeah, I doubt Nyx would want that either," I agreed. "But maybe in their free time while we're not adventuring or fighting.. Maybe." I said through telepathy.
Ultimately we sat down and waited for the classes to begin while I greeted Emily and Alma.
"Good morning Maria!" Alma greeted us. "Sofia too!"
"Hey where were you two?" wondered Emily.
"Sofia waited for me in the entrance," I said with a cocky smile.
"Eeeh?! Really!" Alma and Emily gasped and had the same reaction.
"I-I didn't!" Sofia grew redder. "I just happened to bump into her... while I was coming to the
classroom..."
"Don't believe her she totally waited for Maria," Partner added from her corner.
"Ooohh! That's so nice of you Sof!" Alma smiled.
"I guess you really wanted to see her-"Emily smiled teasingly. "W-Whatever you're thinking, just delete that thought altogether!" Sofia kept protesting.
As the classes started, we were greeted by the big and burly Professor Hendrick Constance.
"Hello students! Due to the recent news about Nightmares attacking Dream Warriors, we've decided to postpone the Nightmare Realm explorations for a bit... However! We'll do some Student Arena matches today!"
