Chiron might have sacrificed all the Spiritual energy in his dantain. But he still had his Death aura.

At least that was what he thought. He spread his hands in all direction.

He could already feel the fear of Knight Sheyi climbing up in his subconscious again.

The only thing that kept it at bay was the incredible pain that he felt as a result of his own burn.

The pain, somehow, managed to surprise the fear.@@@@

Chiron knew that he had to act before that. Fortunately for him, this had been a very incredible Blast. This meant that they should be casualties.

And where they was casualties, there was also death, meaning that this was the subject of his Aura domain.

He could potentially increase his power in such a place.

With how wide the blast spread, at least a significant number of people should be dead. these were all people that could feed him.

And right now, Chiron was in need of all the ’food’ he could lay his hands on.

However, as he summoned his death aura, flowing about his body like a storm, he quickly noticed something.

His face paused in surprise.

Knight Sheyi, advancing one step at a time, did not rush. It was obvious that the Knight wanted to enjoy the look on Chiron’s face.

He wanted to enjoy Chiron’s pain, his suffering, his surprise, and then he wanted to see it all mix, and evolve once more into fear.

Of Course, even as prince, this had taken a significant sum of money. With the War effort and all, he had used up all his savings for such an endeavor.

But it had to be done so that at such a time, Chiron would be empty without a source of power.

With the attraction of Free food, wine and women, everyone emptied the city, and even the nobles were unavailable, because they were having a party blast at the Castle.

Chiron frowned at this. This had indeed been a very elaborate plan.

From the very beginning, they had considered factors down to even his power formation.

At such a time, Knight Sheyi stepped forward, one step at a time.

Every step he took made Chiron’s heart sink further. The momentum that he had just been building to attack was destroyed once more and he was left with nothing but the sudden rise of fear that rushed to occupy its place in his heart.

"Master!?" Carla screamed. She was riding on Hunter, and immediately, she grabbed Chiron by the waist, pulling him with her as Hunter dived back into the Shadow Pool.

Knight Sheyi was surprised by this. He had absolutely not sensed Carla’s arrival. However, he too was fast. After all, he was a rank 3 Bronze cultivator.

He waved his hand, and like a sudden magnet, his Doll rushed to his hand. Instantly, he threw her into the shadow Pool.
